Shake Shack's first cart was a massive success so, in 2004, a permanent kiosk opened, and Shake Shack was born. This modern-day ‘roadside’ burger stand serves up burgers in buttery buns, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes and more. We love the ‘Shroom burger that features a whole Portobello mushroom roasted low and slow, and Concretes, which are thick ice-cream treats.
